The prevalence of jQuery on websites is massive. It is strange to not see some form of jQuery or other library on a website. I do have one question for web developers out there, are we forgetting how to use vanilla JavaScript in the process of letting jQuery take its place? This is not to say that we have forgotten how to code JavaScript, but rather that when we could have used pure JavaScript, we instead used jQuery.
