The Bootstrap framework has been widely known to accelerate interface development on practically every level – whether it involves startups, apps or themes, and is recognized as being one of the most substantial internal tool developed thus far. Prior to Bootstrap, a variety of libraries had to be used regarding interface development, and this created inconsistencies, along with levels of high maintenance for developers.
